Paul and Ellen Tharp and Ellen's mom, Janet Rubich, who was presented with flowers for her 20 years as a volunteer with the Staten Island Ballet, of which Ellen is artistic director. The mom and daughter are Advance Women of Achievement in the Classes of 2008 and 2009, respectively.
